A two-storied restaurant is located in the historic center of Kiev where was the first horse post station in the city in the middle of the XVIII century. The name DogAteDove recalls the fact that the new technologies have their origin in the distant past. The @ sign ("dog" in Ukrainian) represents the latest technology, and a dove – postal mail. To implement the concept "from the old to the new" in the interior and the menu designers decided to use the synthesis of classical materials (stone, wood and copper) and modern furniture of premium brands, as well as the author's graphic and product design, and interior installations. The restaurant is equipped with two-level bar countertops, a wine cellar, a bio-fireplace and an open kitchen. The facade blends into the architectural ensemble of Bassarabska Square, and the stained-glass window underlines the hospitality and overlooks one of the oldest parts of the city.
